MORNING BREAKOUTS

“Using Your ADHD For Kingdom of God”
For years I believed my ADHD was something I had to shut down to become who Jesus created me to be. Verses like “be still,” “be slow to speak,” and “meditate” made it feel like spiritual growth meant becoming less “me.” That lie kept me from tapping into what God uniquely wired me to bring to the body of Christ for so long.
We’ll talk about how God intentionally made you and how your ADHD can become a superpower for becoming like Jesus and more effectively pointing others to Him.
Mo Isom-Aiken
Guest Speaker
“Sex, Jesus, and The Conversation The Church Forgot”
This session will hold a heavy emphasis on breaking free of shame and sin cycles that we feel ashamed to talk about. I will address pornography as well as hidden sin with others that have kept them bound.
But will focus on the redemptive power of Jesus to set them free and redeem them and even activate them as powerful warriors for His Kingdom.

“So You Want To Be in Ministry…”
We are all “called” to ministry in some capacity, but only some of us are “assigned” by God to work in ministry. Think it’s for you? It could be! And it could be one of the greatest things you ever do. But it’s not easy… In this breakout, we will address some of the common misunderstandings about working in ministry and learn how to “count the cost” to see if you have what it takes. But most importantly, you’ll be set on a course to find the answer – is this what God has for your future?

“Beloved”
This breakout isn’t about becoming better, prettier, more spiritual, or more impressive. It’s about remembering what’s already true and that is that you are beloved. Together, we’ll talk all about the pressure to perform and how comparison, social media, and expectations can make us feel like we have to earn love. We’ll look at what the world says we need to be, and what God says about who we already are.
We’ll look at how Jesus treated women in their most vulnerable moments with love and compassion, not condemnation. We’ll name the lies that make us feel like we are not enough and we’ll practice ways of giving them over to the Lord. You don’t have to have it all together, just come ready to remember being beloved isn’t something you become, it’s what you already are!

“Stronger Than The Noise”
“The world is full of so much noise and has a loud definition of masculinity—but God’s definition is deeper and stronger. This breakout will explore what it means to be a godly man who stands out in a culture of compromise. We’ll confront the noise that is shaping our identity and uncover biblical masculinity that is marked by humility, strength, and self-control.
This session will challenge young men to fight a culture of compromise, leave behind modern day idols, and walk in discipline. We’ll talk about seeking the sacred, living with mission, and stepping into the leader that God has made you to be.

“Dirty Diapers and Altar Calls”
Ministry happens in the middle of real life—friendships, relationships, responsibilities, and seasons that don’t slow down for the call of God. Some of you are living this tension now; others will soon. Seasons change, but the calling remains. So how do you pursue ministry faithfully without neglecting the people God has entrusted to you, whether friends or family?
After 18 years of marriage and pastoral ministry, and while raising four kids, we want to share some checks and balances we’ve learned about building a ministry that lasts and relationships that stay healthy.
